1. Annual General Assembly – Friday 19th February 2010 – Hotel School SGD:

The Skal Club of Mauritius celebrated the World Skal Day at the same time as the 500 Skal Clubs in the World, over the five Continents. The event was organised at our Skalleague's Patrice Dumont Courtyard Restaurant in Port Louis, on Thursday 22nd April 2010.

2. WORLD SKAL DAY 2010 - Thursday 22nd April 2010 - Courtyard Restaurant Port Louis

3.The Asian Area Congress 2010 has been held in Cebu – Philippines - 26th – 30th May.

4.International Day for the Environment at Casela Nature and Leisure Park - Saturday 12th June 2010

On 12th June a group of 30 Skålleagues and their partners and friends enjoyed a memorable day at Casela Nature & Leisure Park.

5. Les Membres du Skål International Mauritius se rencontrent au Restaurant “Chez Tante Athalie”.

Les Membres du Skål International Maurice et leurs invités se sont réunis samedi dernier chez un des leurs, en l’occurence Robert Gordon Gentil, au restaurant Chez Tante Athalie à Pamplemousses.

6. Annual Tourism Mass

For the last 24 years, the Commission Diocesaine du Tourisme has organized a Tourism Mass in conjunction with World Toursim Day which is celebrated on 27 September.

7. Graduation Ceremony MITD Ecole Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval

On 27th September, the Secretary and Treasurer of Skål Mauritius Medha and Suresh Ramburn were present at the Graduation ceremony of the Mauritius Institute of Training and Development held at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute in Moka to hand over the prizes.

8. Debate Competition

Skålleague Harmon Chellen, Training Centre Manager of the Ecole Hôtelière Sir Gaëtan Duval, for his part, organised a debate competition on the same theme on Thursday 30th September.

9. Top Resa Tourism Fair in Paris

About half a dozen Skålleagues from Mauritius and Rodrigues attended Top Resa Fair in Paris which was held from 21st to 24th September.

10. Happy Rajah Function

We have closed our Activities 2010 and those relating to the World Tourism Day with a Dinner Function held at the Happy Rajah Restaurant in Quatre Bornes on the 18th October 2010.

11. End of the Year Function 2010

Skål Mauritius celebrated its End of the Year Function 2010 at Casela Nature & Leisure Park Restaurant on Saturday 27 November. The President and the Executive Committee Members welcomed Skålleagues and Friends of Skål, sponsors and guests, with the sound of birds going to sleep...
